I was excited when Jess from Art Weddings asked me to second shoot for him for a full 12 hour day.  This was my first second shooting gig.  For a day that was supposed to be full of rain, it turned out to be such a beautiful day for such a beautiful couple.  Justin & Janelle had a fun-filled wedding day in Alexandria, Virginia.

After the ceremony everyone loosened their ties and had a great time.  Family members from all over the world came to celebrate, what an Awesome family who knows how to throw a party!  Image 6 is by far my favorite, it’s what a wedding is all about, a couple surrounded by the love of their friends and family.  They were a-lot of fun and I had fun with my first taste of wedding photography!
